A. Respect the community.

In order to keep a well respected community every member should treat each other respectively. If you see a flame war going on or something you may find inappropriate use the report button . For serious problems contact one of the moderators.

Misbehavior may include:

1. SPAM

When posting on the forums of Shaywin make sure they are on topic and worthy posts. Include good grammar and make it easily for the community to understand.

2. Insulting, Flaming, or being Offensive to others.

We honestly don't like seeing any of this, posts that will start arguments will not be tolerated and may even get deleted or locked right away.

3. No Inappropriate Language

Shaywin.com is a 12+ age community, we advise you not to curse, if so very little. Any cases where as the it is severe, you may receive a instant ban.

4. Stereotyping

Making any offensive or inappropriate references such as; Religion, Race, Gender, etc. will not be tolerated. You will be warned on the first attempt. The second time will result in a temporary ban.

5. Pornographic Material / Advertising

We will not allow any links, pictures, or anything that refers to porn. Any of this found by the Shaywin staff team will result in a instant warning and it will be deleted. There could however be cases which are more severe that will result in a instant ban. We don't allow advertising, unless its to a link to a clan site, a link that will provide a useful source, and advertising in your signature.

6. Unfair Gaming

Everyone wants to be playing fairly so should you. Become a trustworthy members so people accept your requests such Pokemon battles. This will want people play against you more often.

If any of us staff members get a massive report on a specific member, we will determine to where as give you a warning and in extreme cases a instant ban.

7. Taking Content that doesn't Belong to you.

All content that doesn't belong to you obviously will need a source to probably be even accepted, by our Shaywin Staff Team. Taking the content without a source is plagiarism and it will result in instant deletion and a warning.

8. Sharing Personal Information

You obviously should know why you shouldn't, do it. It's common sense and if we see any of it will be deleted and you will be warned. This is for your own good.

B. Posting Rules and Guidelines

1. Multiple Posts

Please don't post multiple posts, meaning you post right after your post. There are however cases where this will be acceptable, if you are the starter of a Trade Thread or if it's been a 24 hour period.

2. Same Topic Threads

Please do not post a topic which is already in existence. Check other threads to see if it does exist.

3. Offensive / Policy Violation Posts

If you locate any posts where as its offensive or may be violating the rules, please use our report button and we will get to it as soon as possible. Any false reports may result in a warning. Reports that help us out will supplement you with Shaywin points.

4. Post in the Designated Areas

When posting please don't post a thread in the wrong forum. For Example: Posting a Pokemon Rate My Team in Pokemon Trading.


C. Avatars and Signatures

1. Pornographic Material, Racist, Offensive, etc.

Any avatars spotted that may seem inappropriate to us or the community will be deleted and you will be warned. Severe cases will result in a ban.

2. Size

Avatars can not be any bigger than 200x200 any avatar bypassing the size will result in a warning on whoever added it. We do allow various sizes of signatures, however some people go overboard and if we find either one to be too big we will delete and you will be warned.

3. Advertising

We do allow advertising in the signature, however you may not include; Pornographic Material, Rick Rolled Sites, Offensive Material, Racist Material, and everything else we may not find acceptable. If we find any of this you will warned or in some cases banned.

D. Fraud or Multiple Accounts

1. False Account(s)

If you are signed up here purposely to break the rules or you are simply just a troll, we would not like it on our site as you probably wouldn't like it where you are at.

2. Multiple Accounts

Multiple accounts made simply made to evade a ban already done on another account is disallowed and if we catch you, we may IP ban you.
