IV breeding is really quite simple. All it takes it patience and a little luck.
First off you need good parents. Preferable ones with 28-31 in the stats you want.  then comes the 'breeding' part
you let them breed more and more. keeping the ones with 31's in the stats you want. Once you find one that is better than the parents you replace them, and so on and so forth. ._. Then comes patience and luck. Remember 3 IVs are random 2 are from the mom and 1 is from the dad. The higher the IVs of the parents the more likely the baby's IVs will be higher too.
